Antionette Stiggers

Hello, my name is Antionette (pronounced an-twa-net) Stiggers. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I work with individuals seeking help to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, coping skills, grief, self-esteem, grief, and more. I will work collaboratively with you to develop strategies that will assist you to lead a happy, healthy, progressive life.

My approach

I incorporate solution-focused, person-centered, cognitive behavior therapy, DBT, and motivational interviewing approaches to therapy. Together we will talk about what you are facing, and I will assist you with reaching your goals.

My focus

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, anger management, depression, trauma, self-esteem, increased life stressors, and work stressors.

I provide a safe, judgment-free environment that fosters sharing and processing difficult experiences while also being honest, genuine, and challenging clients as needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for helping people is what attracted me to a career as a therapist. I enjoy getting to know people and letting them know that I am here to support them.
