Please call to schedule an appointment, and we can work together to overcome these feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness. We live in a society full of too many challenges, and we must prioritize what needs to get done and let go of the things we can not change. Through acoustic wave therapy, EMDR, or traditional therapy, I will find what works for you to overcome the ghosts of the past and move you into the present, so you can live for today and not in your past.
