Hi there, I'm Angela!

I am Angela Velez, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the greater Atlanta area, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. At this time, all sessions are conducted using HIPAA-compliant telehealth formats due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I specialize in working with adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have completed extensive training in CBT, both CPT (trauma-focused therapy for adults) and TF-CBT (trauma-focused for children and teens), and ERP for individuals with OCD. My focus of practice is helping adults, adolescents, and their families process their concerns, learn to live life by addressing barriers head-on, and move through them instead of avoiding them so each person can live their best life.
