I am a licensed, certified social worker in the state of Georgia and Florida with over 15 years of counseling experience. I am passionate about helping people learn how to effectively address issues that keep them from living healthy and productive lives.

My approach

Cognitive-behavioral therapy is the treatment modality that I primarily use, combined with motivational interviewing and a strengths-based approach. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My focus

I specialize in treating individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma-related issues. I am willing to see individuals and preteens aged 8-12.

My journey to mental healthcare

I earned my Master of Social Work degree 20 years ago, which led me to pursue a career in mental healthcare. I am driven by a passion to help people live healthier, more productive lives by learning to address the issues holding them back.
