My goals for you
My goal is to work in collaboration with clients to resolve their issues. I aim to empower you with self-awareness, emotional intelligence and help you recognize the inherent healing power within yourself.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and understanding. I will take time to learn about your unique situation, challenges, and goals. Together, we will start to develop a personalized treatment plan to help you move forward and thrive. I typically work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients with a tedious weekday schedule.
