My name is Carron Alexander and I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues in a variety of populations.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and other approaches depending on the needs of the client.
My focus
I typically work with clients between the ages of 5-65. I am comfortable treating a variety of conditions with a large amount of experience with depression and anxiety.
My communication style
I create an open welcoming environment. I strive to meet my clients where they are at.
My goals for you
I work with my clients on acknowledging their wants and needs. From there we prioritize goals and begin to develop a plan to achieve said goals.
My first session with you
Clients can expect the first session to be a mixture of a "meet and greet" and a personal history session.
