I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker servicing Tampa, Florida, and the surrounding areas. I believe that each person is the expert in their life, and I strive to meet each person where they are with no judgment and no preconceived ideas. Counseling is not about labeling problems. Instead, it is about finding solutions and coping mechanisms. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families presented with a variety of issues, with a passion for geriatric mental health. The decision to begin therapy can be life-changing and takes great courage, and I will be here to help you every step of the way. I am passionate about my work and abilities to help others reach their full potential. My areas of specialization include treatment for grief, depression, life stressors, divorce, blended families, and individuals and families associated with state agencies. I believe the therapeutic process is sacred. Therefore, I create an atmosphere that is accepting and understanding. This allows for optimal healing and growth to occur. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and tailored to my client(s) needs. I want to make sure each client I encounter is cared for holistically, spiritually, and emotionally.
