Hi there, I'm Bridgette!

Hi, I am Ms. Reed, a family and marriage therapist licensed in Georgia with six years of experience working as a therapist. I have been married as a veteran's spouse for five years, and we share a blended family of 4 children. I have a passion for helping others and the willingness and reliability to assist with issues each client's concerns. I also know child development stages as I worked as a teacher of various ages for over five years, which led me to want to help families with their communication, intimacy, and children. I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, blended families, and military adjustments. I also helped many people who had experienced trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, family systems therapy, and person-centered and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes a lot of courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps toward change.
