Hi there, I'm Rikeisha!

Hi! I am Rena Austin, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I am accepting new clients and have immediate openings. I am providing only video sessions (teletherapy) for the safety of our community.

My approach

My style is generally warm, direct, and transparent. I am an empathetic listener and actively participate in sessions by sharing my observations, fostering insight, and sharing practical feedback.

My focus

My clinical interests include the treatment of children, adolescents, and teens presenting with general and social anxiety, depression, establishing healthy boundaries, complex family dynamics, anger management, self-esteem, and trauma concerns.

My communication style

I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment that encourages trust and openness.

My journey to mental healthcare

I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbus State University and my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University.
