Hi there, I'm Stacey!

I am a Savannah, Georgia, native who has served Middle Georgia communities for over ten years. Born and raised in the Coastal Empire and Low County, I have learned that resilience, matched with resources, can provide a path forward.

My approach

My passion and drive are to empower individuals through awareness and education that can yield the fruits of a more productive and functional life. It is my joy to serve and help others find their path forward out of their stuck place. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy, and Christian Counseling in my approach.

My focus

I work with individuals of all ages, including minors (13-17), preteens (8-12), and children (5-7).

My communication style

I believe in open, honest dialogue where I listen attentively to understand your unique perspective and needs. My communication style is warm, direct and collaborative. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported on your path to greater resilience and positive change.
