Hello and welcome. My name is Alesia Lacy. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My focus areas include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, self-harm, and chronic pain.
My approach
My counseling style is a client-centered strength-based approach that includes various treatment modalities depending on the client's needs and expectations. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).
My focus
I have worked with all age groups, genders, and sexual orientations in the areas of anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, self-harming, chronic pain, relationship issues, anger management, and life transitions.

My goal is to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental platform to help you become your catalyst for self-empowerment.
My journey to mental healthcare
My attraction to starting a career as a therapist stems from my interest in what shapes the human psyche. I am driven to help people move forward in a positive way despite their negative experiences.
