My Name is LaToya Tanniehill, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the state of Illinois. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from Governors State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois at Chicago— Jane Addams College of Social Work. I have over 7 years of experience in providing mental health services for a variety of at-risk populations, including children and adolescents, adults with severe mental illness, geriatrics, families, and people who have experienced their first psychotic episode. I am passionate about helping people build insight into how feelings, thoughts, and experiences affect both the mind and body. I work with youth, teens, and adults to build collaborative, meaningful relationships and use an eclectic therapeutic approach in order to assist clients in growth and healing.
