Rayeshundra Henderson

Hello, my name is Rayeshundra Henderson and I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I have been blessed with the unique ability to approach difficult life situations with a helpful stance to help people navigate in the way that suits them best.

My approach

I use various treatment approaches including cbt, person-centered, and solution-focused to name a few. I believe in tailoring therapy to suit individual needs instead of a one-size-fits-all. I deal with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, marital issues, self-esteem, trauma, and coping skills.

I’ve worked with individuals from various backgrounds including teens, adults, and couples, focusing on transforming and developing skills to adapt to any situation.

I create a safe comfortable environment for my clients that feels like a conversation. I work to build a great therapeutic relationship so that clients get the best out of every session.

My journey to mental healthcare

My personal life in which I’ve been a listening ear and safe space for family and friends has helped me get to where I am now because there is no better feeling than watching someone transform their lives for the better.
