Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, or stuck in the past, or maybe you’ve found some ways to feel better at the moment, but they are just bandaids and aren’t helping you to achieve your bigger goals. I offer a safe space to explore new perspectives and tools so that we can find deeper healing and help you reconnect with what’s most important to you and get you moving forward again in a holistic way.
My approach
I believe we are always changing and growing, but sometimes we keep trying to use the same tools or techniques, even as we outgrow them. I’ve got a wide variety of tools for us to try out. We’ll explore your unique situation, values, and goals to guide us to the best tools for you. We will co-navigate this together because I want you to find what resonates with you. We will talk about new perspectives for thinking about our thoughts and emotions, building a better relationship with ourselves, and exploring the mind-body connection.
My focus
I’m here to help you find new tools that can actually help you get unstuck, and build some flexibility so that you can keep adapting and growing long beyond our time together. I’m here if you’re ready and definitely here if you’re on the fence.
My communication style
Starting therapy is often anxiety-provoking and finding the right fit in a therapist can be intimidating. Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know one another; all of your questions are welcome, and I'll ask a few of my own, mostly about what you'd like to focus on. There's no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, and if you're still not sure about whether I'm the right fit after we meet, we'll talk about what might help you find a better fit. We are in this together.
