My name is Breann Gray and I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor licensed in IL. I will work well with clients who are motivated for change. I will team up with you to show how your perceptions influence your behaviors.
My approach
The most common theoretical approaches I use in therapy are strength-based, EMDR, DBT and CBT.
My focus
I work well with clients in the LGBTQ+ community, women, teens, and young adults. The most common diagnoses I treat are depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar, and borderline personality disorder.
My communication style
I create a comfortable but driven tone when working with clients. I find psychoeducation and the client/therapist relationship to be a very important part of positive outcomes with my clients.
My goals for you
Goal setting is very much a collaboration with my clients. I think it's important to work on what the client wants to promote drive.
