Using the process of psychotherapy, we will delve into your inner world, explore what truly matters most to you, and identify the unique strengths you possess to move toward achieving your goals. I specialize in working with adults of all ages, and I utilize elements of multiple evidence-based therapy approaches to tailor to each individual. Together, we will cultivate the tools you already have, finds ways to overcome obstacles in your life, and build on coping skills so that you can thrive.
