Kristi Cappaert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. Kristi graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master's in Social Work. Kristi has 8 years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of concerns. Kristi's main focuses are depression, anxiety, marital, life balance, job stress, and grief. Kristi has worked with different populations from children to older adults. Kristi utilizes many different treatment approaches such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered and Mindfulness. Kristi works to empower you to work towards the life you want.
