My focus
I primarily work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and or trauma. Adults are working through current life transitions and changes.
My communication style
M approach is that my client is my subject matter expert in their lives; I am simply a guide to assist them along the way. I meet each client where they are on their therapeutic healing journey.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am a therapist that has learned to heal and work through current life stressors, as many of those I work with. I just have found ways to show up for myself in the process, learn, heal, and implement healthy skills to maintain balance within my own life.
My goals for you
This question is part of intake. Seeing the goals the client has for themselves entering therapy.
My first session with you
Come as you are. From the standpoint and place, you are currently. Be open and vulnerable with yourself throughout this process. Allow for room to heal and grow in therapy.
