Stacey Dinkelman

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor. I have experience working with all ages and backgrounds. I am nonjudgmental and very understanding of other people's views. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you are able to get to a place of healing.

My approach

I take a client-centered approach to therapy and focus on each client’s specific needs. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome the challenges they face in life and with the right support and tools we can make that happen. I also specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that changing your way of thinking is the first step to your happiness.

I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have known since I was a child that counseling is the field that was meant for me. I have always had the ability to see past the mask we wear to appear that everything is good. I am down to earth and will make you feel at home.

I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for positive growth and that my goal as a therapist is to help people cultivate and reach their fullest potential.

My first session with you

In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to counseling and you can bring up any questions or concerns you may have with the process. We will discuss goals you would like to work on as well.
