Hello! I am a therapist who uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach with each of my clients. With years of experience working in both mental health treatment facilities and outpatient private practice, I have been privileged to walk alongside individuals and families as they courageously encounter their vulnerabilities.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is grounded in generating a respectful, empathic, and collaborative environment. I work with clients to help them cultivate personal growth and self-awareness through our therapeutic relationship.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and minors aged 13-17. My areas of focus include addiction, alcohol use, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-harming, personality disorders, parenting, and family conflict.
My communication style
You can expect me to communicate in an open, direct, and caring way. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and understood. Through empathy and collaboration, we will work together to help you reach your therapeutic goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare stemmed from a deep desire to support others in their most vulnerable times. I completed my clinical hours for licensure between May 2017 and February 2019, gaining valuable experience that solidified my commitment to this meaningful work.

As your therapist, my primary goals are to empower you with greater self-understanding, provide you with effective coping strategies, and help you build resilience. Together, we will work towards enhancing your overall well-being and helping you lead a more fulfilling life.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and establishing a strong therapeutic alliance. I will listen attentively to your story, discuss your goals for therapy, and collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and concerns.
