Hi there, I'm Monet C.!

Hello, there! My name is Monet C. Ramsey and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). My approach to therapy is simple and effective. I meet people where they are at and assist them to be GREAT!

My approach

My approach to providing therapy is person-centered. With this as the basis, I incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed therapies to help facilitate change.

My focus

I have worked with teenagers to adults in a variety of settings that include residential, inpatient/outpatient, and prison that includes Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Trauma are conditions I am comfortable treating.

My communication style

My sessions are very laid-back and comfortable. Working with me feels like being able to express yourself and having someone that is easy to talk to with no judgment.
