Hi there, I'm Diana!

Hello, my name is Diana Kotis-Harber, LCSW. I have over 21 years of providing mental health services, including all areas of practice. I prefer to build rapport with my clients by allowing them to share what their treatment goals and focuses are while reminding them they are the experts and partners in our therapeutic relationship.

My approach

My treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, and I am comfortable with utilizing any spiritual practice in our collaborative work.

My focus

Mental Health, Addictions, Grief/Loss, Trauma/PTSD, Veterans/Military families, LBGTQ ally, POC ally, multiculturally sensitive, blended family concerns.

My communication style

I am gentle, open, and direct when it is helpful to the client, and I believe the client is the expert in their own life. I am friendly, and most would feel safe and comfortable when working with me.
