My approach
I approach psychotherapy using various strategies to help my clients brainstorm solutions to the issues they are grappling with. My specialties include depression, stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, school-related issues, and life transitions. The therapeutic modalities I use consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Strength-based Therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist to help people learn more about themselves by creating a safe and supportive space for them to discuss their lives in meaningful ways. My goal is to help people live their best and most authentic lives.
