My approach

My approach to therapy is not always your traditional approach. I utilize many evidence-based therapy modalities while also making our time together interesting and fun. Many times deep healing work can occur without even realizing it. You may find yourself feeling an array of emotions from crying to laughing as we work together. I believe that there is deep healing power in laughter.

My focus

I am willing to see individuals and specialize in areas including ADHD, anxiety, coping skills, depression, divorce, family conflict, parenting, relationship issues, school issues, self esteem, stress, and women's issues.

My communication style

I communicate with authenticity, warmth, and occasional humor. Our sessions will feel natural and engaging as we explore your challenges together. I listen intently and share insights to guide you toward greater self-understanding and positive change.

My journey to mental healthcare

On my journey to mental healthcare, I completed clinical hours for licensure from April 2009 to June 2010 at Decatur Psychiatry Ltd in Decatur, IL and from January 2011 to October 2012 at The Baby Fold in Normal, IL.
