Using various therapeutic interventions and approaches, the intention is to empower you to recognize your inherent strengths, identify current coping mechanisms that may no longer serve you and their origins, and discover new strategies to help you experience a greater sense of wholeness and self-acceptance.
My focus
I have expertise in working with adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal stressors. As a male of color and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also specialize in working with Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and LGBTQIA+ populations. I look forward to supporting you through your healing process!
