Hi there, I'm Deanna!

Being a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have over 20 years of therapeutic experience assisting people to navigate their lives. I’m proficient in treating multiple life challenges and diagnoses. I specialize in anxiety, women, and relationship issues (including sexuality), and working with adults within the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic approach is eclectic in nature, I provide a safe, non-judgmental zone where you can be free. Mental health is as important to your life’s journey as physical health, it all works together and must be in balance. Whether it's work issues, relationship challenges, coping skills, and/or adjustment needs, I will team with you to improve your everyday functioning by identifying healthy coping mechanisms, managing your defense mechanisms, and learning to love and accept self. You are more powerful than you think.
