My name is Lola Ladimir, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois. I practice client-centered, strength-based, and feedback-informed approaches in therapy. I mainly focus on anxiety, depression, trauma-informed care, grief and loss, and life transitions.
My approach
Each person's journey and needs are unique. The goal of the therapeutic relationship is for a person to feel accompanied and supported on their journey as they work toward their desired change. The most common modalities I use include CBT, EMDR, grief therapy, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy.
My focus
There is nothing more encouraging than a conversation about the possibilities of a life a person can create.
My communication style
Through my work as a therapist, I am reminded daily of the resilient nature of the human spirit. It is the most incredible privilege to, for a time, join someone on their path to healing. My clients allow me to meet them with support when they struggle and to celebrate their joy when they persevere.
