My approach
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy, we'll work together to identify challenges and set goals for what you want to achieve. We'll also strengthen your coping skills, challenge negative thought patterns, and work on improving the relationships in your life.

I work with folks who are struggling with life transitions including relationship issues, parenting struggles, and work/school stress.

My journey to mental healthcare
We're all trying our best to navigate life, which is complicated and hard but also amazing and joyous. Helping others on their path motivates me and gives me purpose.
