My name is Trina Goodwin, LCSW, LCAS, CSI. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Clients scheduling with me are often coping with trauma, grief, parenthood, women's issues, gender identity, couples conflict, substance use disorder, or any other challenging life transition. Depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms may accompany these challenges. Developing skills and insight to manage symptoms is empowering and improves your quality of life. Therapy allows you the space to overcome your challenges with support.
My approach
I offer an individualized approach to therapy. I have been formally trained in solution-focused therapy, IFS, Trauma trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy the Gottman Method, and Ecotherapy. I believe in using a combination of modalities in order to engage the whole person.
