My approach to healing comes with the belief that you are and have done the best you can do with the tools that you have. I offer warmth, empathy, and compassion to you and the journey you've had. My stance is primarily person-centered and strength-based.
My focus
I work with people experiencing mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, stress related to personal or job areas, and people suffering from chronic or acute illnesses such as oncology diagnoses.

My communication style is warm and gentle. I listen to ensure I fully understand your story, point of view, and experience before working with you on setting treatment goals. I see feeling completely heard, seen, and understood as part of your journey toward healing.

My goals for your care involve assessing to make sure you feel you are on track to reach the goals that we set together. My mission for you is to alleviate the pain you are currently in and assist you with achieving well-being.
My first session with you
You can expect to feel thoroughly heard in your first session in order to fully understand your pain. With your permission and as appropriate, I may also offer a tool to begin your healing process.
