As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience providing psychotherapy in a multicultural community outpatient mental health clinic, I am dedicated to helping clients facing a wide range of challenges. My expertise includes treating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, schizophrenia, bipolar and adjustment disorders, health and weight issues, unresolved trauma, and grief.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, client-centered therapy, crisis interventions, and trauma-focused therapy. By tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs, I strive to create a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment.

As a bilingual therapist, I am able to conduct sessions in English, Spanish, or a combination of both, ensuring that language is not a barrier to receiving quality care.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work degree and completed my clinical hours for licensure from 2012 to 2017 at the Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center in Brooklyn, NY. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a career in mental healthcare, where I can make a positive impact on individuals' lives and support them in their journey towards well-being.
