Hi there, I'm Katherine!

Hello and welcome! My name is Dr. Katherine Neely, and I am a Licensed Psychologist located in Buffalo, NY. I attended SUNY Buffalo for my doctorate in Counseling Psychology and have been providing therapy for 9 years. I am trained as a generalist and have experience with a myriad of mental health concerns. My goals as a therapist are to help you improve your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal patterns in an effort to help you improve your quality of life. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore any aspect of yourself, your relationships, and your life that may be causing you distress. We will use your strengths and build upon them to help you create the life you want to live.
