Sandra Estimable

My name is Sandra Estimable, and I am a licensed therapist with a solution-focused/person-centered approach. I help guide clients to a level of understanding and acceptance of needs for life's adjustments. I provide motivational interviewing and have helped many clients overcome self-esteem concerns as well as relationship insecurities. I believe I am a natural supporter and genuinely enjoy meeting new people and assisting them with the change they desire.

My approach

I enjoy beginning each session with a personal check-in each week to monitor progression. I ask that my clients have specific goals in mind to maintain once achieved. I utilize a solution-focused/person-centered approach to help clients achieve their goals and their highest potential of themselves and maintain positive interactions within their world.

An ideal client is a client that has an open mind and is ready to work on their concerns, not run from them.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist was written in the stars. I believe it is something I can give back to the world and my community. It has not been easy --a lot of humbling and lessons. However, nothing worth having comes easy.

My goals for you

To achieve acceptance through practices of mindfulness and radical acceptance daily. The client will gain insight through journaling and reflection and develop a better understanding of self-care and self-respect. The client will work on healthy relationships and effective communication through role play and work with a therapist to establish effective boundaries.
