Hi there, I'm Tricia!

Hi, my name is Tricia Philbert and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW) and Empowerment Coach. I am passionate about journeying with clients into an authentic and empowered life in spite of experiences, trauma, and negative self-thought. There is a better version of you, let's find it together!

My approach

I approach this work with genuineness, sensitivity while actively listening and engaging. Clients are often afraid to be vulnerable for all the right reasons : ) I create a safe space for the journey to vulnerability and as a result, a powerful thing happens. Awareness, healing, and freedom become the fruit of the work. I used various evidence-based approaches to support clients in unpacking traumatic events, transitions, relationship concerns, self-worth issues, and more.

My focus

My mission in life is to see young women and adult women become the best version of themselves. I specialize in trauma-related issues that result in low self-worth, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, identity crisis, etc. I do this work filled with enthusiasm and grace.

My communication style

I've been told, "I am a breath of fresh air for many"! I enjoy meeting my clients right where they are and creating the space for reimagining, embracing, and healing in order to live an authentic and empowered life.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up I had a hard time embracing all of me, my beauty, my flaws, and my journey. For some reason, I was also able to see past smiling faces and see the brokenness inside of others because of my own process. On the Journey there were people that saw me and helped me to embrace all of "ME" and I learned how to reframe my past and accept the present and future. I was not a product of my environment, I was not what others defined me as; there was so much more to me. In this field, I am able to give back what I learned over the many years through my Faith, Mentors, and Therapist. A space to be vulnerable, whole, and authentic. Life begins when you realize that it is all about the process.

My goals for you

Clients are the experts of their life, they know themselves more than I do. I have the privilege of getting to know them as they let me into their world. I provide guidance and help to facilitate the process of goal setting, however, it is the client that sets them and then a plan is created to move forward.

My first session with you

During a first session, my clients can expect to feel safe, heard, and empowered about their situation. My clients will walk away thinking..."I can do this"
