Hi there, I'm Annette!

My name is Annette Roldan, LCSW. I like to provide a thorough assessment to identify with the client the goals for treatment. I like to focus on coping skills, building support systems and improving symptom management.

I am flexible with modalities based on clients' needs. I find I utilize CBT, DBT, and strengths perspective.

I work with mainly 5 years - 60 years old. The majority of my work has been with people who experience anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

My goals for you

I give weekly tasks or goals that the client can choose to work towards. I am understanding that life happens and sometimes there is no work done that week which will lead me to explore barriers to completing the goals or alternative goals for the future.

My first session with you

Questions about the presenting problem, current social supports, and current habits. Also, exploring the history of the client including family, relationships, employment, education, and medical issues.
