Hi, I'm Copley I specialize in individual, family, and couples counseling. I especially enjoy helping women who seek assistance coping with depression, anxiety, and/or struggles with self-worth and relationships

My approach

I typically integrate multiple clinical approaches based on what my client's goals are and what preferences they may have. I include CBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered, Adlerian, Jungian, and Freudian.

My focus

I especially enjoy helping women and others in need of therapeutic support. I am comfortable treating depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, adjustment, and career concerns

My communication style

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to be themselves and grow into their coping skills.

My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to being a therapist was the beauty is helping others reach their personal goals. I too had a great therapist and wanted to be a helper to others
