Hi there, I'm Joseph!

Therapy can be challenging, but, like exercise, it has many benefits. I am devoted to helping others reach their goals and live the lives they truly desire. I foster a safe environment where clients feel they are being heard and not judged. Every client plays a vital role in their own self-care and determination. Each session offers an opportunity to work through current challenges, revisit past upsets, and pave a path toward personal growth. I work with individuals from all backgrounds with varied challenges. My specialties include depression, anxiety, communication issues, low self-esteem, grief and loss, medical challenges, and general life stressors. CBT; REBT; ACT, and Mindfulness, are a few of the modalities I incorporate.
