I am a Native New Yorker who enjoys working in my community. I am a Master of Social Work who has decided to be an active partner who will encourage and empower my clients to achieve their treatment goals.
My approach
My approach to therapy involves offering a safe space, active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strength-based approaches, and draw upon Christian counseling when appropriate. I also provide life coaching to help with issues like job stress and building coping skills.
My focus
I focus on working with individuals, including Millennials, who are dealing with challenges such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief. My specialties allow me to help clients develop the skills and mindset to overcome difficulties and move forward in a positive direction.

You can expect me to be an engaged, active listener who offers encouragement and works with you to find practical solutions. I communicate in a clear, direct way while providing the support and motivation you need to achieve your goals.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to a career in mental healthcare through my desire to make a positive difference for people in my community. Obtaining my Master of Social Work allowed me to gain the knowledge and clinical training to effectively help people live their best lives. I find it deeply rewarding to empower individuals to overcome challenges and realize their full potential.
