Welcome! I am Olta Hoxha, a Baruch College graduate. I have a license in mental health counseling in the State of New York. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and take an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of my clients.
My approach
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy specializing in trauma- informed care and take an integrative approach to meet the needs of my clients. I use mindfulness techniques to build inner safety and strength.
My focus
I specialize in working with people who tend to shut down, feel agitated, anxious, or disconnected and are looking to gain understanding as well as break patterns that no longer work for them.

My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because of my inner passion, my drive to be part of the forces that facilitate change, find truth, instill hope and establish safety.
