Caroline has been a therapist for over 20 years. She is a trauma-informed clinician and has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health clinics, adult care settings, brain injury clinics, and hospice. She has worked with individuals from all walks of life.

Caroline offers a non-judgmental approach to therapy and uses an integration of various treatment modalities suited to you. Together we will explore how to reduce your emotional distress, increase your sense of self, and overcome challenges to reach your full potential.
My focus
Caroline offers therapy to adults ages 18 and up, who are challenged by past and recent trauma experiences which are affecting their well-being and preventing them from finding a peaceful existence.
