Hi there, I'm Nancy!

Hello and welcome. You’ve taken a big step in being here. I am a psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience as a practitioner, social work educator, and supervisor. I have helped clients with various issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, Internet addiction, workplace issues, bullying, and harassment. In our first session, I will ask questions about your presenting concerns and your history and background. I will explore your needs and the issues you’d like to address in treatment together as well as what you’ve done to manage your mental health in the past. Depending on your needs, I may provide you with homework. This could be anything from journaling to doing a little reading that can help provide you with some context for your next session. I stay updated on the latest research while remaining grounded in my core philosophies and clinical training. I am committed to using the best approach that fits your needs. My role will be to create a safe space, meet you where you are, listen, and offer support. Together we can work on clarifying your needs and attaining your goals.
