Hi there, I'm Joseph!

Joseph Roth LCSW Empathic social worker who takes a CBT approach particularly a Mindfulness approach to assist clients live in the moment rather than being conflicted inside their own minds.

My approach

My main focus in therapy are utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT in my sessions with clients.

My focus

Prefer working with adults and teens along with couples and families. Enjoy working with those with depression, anxiety disorders, family conflict, and issues surrounding self-esteem.

My communication style

A calm and understanding tone with my clients. I do whatever I can in order to make the client comfortable including ensuring the client there is no such thing as a wrong or strange answer or concern.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always fascinated by the therapeutic alliance and love to help those reach their maximum potential.

A treatment plan will be created within a couple of sessions based on the clients' goals and concerns.
