Hello, my name is Christina Lanzetta! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or making a return, finding the right therapist is so important in your mental health and wellness journey. My main focus as a clinician is to provide all my clients with the support and skills to work through life challenges and find happiness, stability, and growth.
My approach
Several techniques and approaches will be integrated into therapy to assist clients in achieving their goals and creating a positive change in their lives.
My focus
I work with a variety of clients from diverse demographic backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relationship challenges, ADHD and more. I am also trained in Trauma Systems Therapy and have worked with children, adolescents and adults who have been exposed to many forms of trauma.
My communication style
I believe in a genuine therapeutic relationship that can help an individual grow. I will make sure to provide clients with my authentic self, so they feel confident to explore their feelings in a safe place, without judgment.
