Hey there, I am I'Esha! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based out of Texas, who is passionate about helping individuals find healing, wholeness, and true freedom from strongholds and barriers.
My approach
My approach is eclectic. I prefer to use a mixture of modalities to adapt to what clients may need. However, I specialize in strengths based cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as, solution focused therapy.
My focus
Overtime I have found that my style and approach is best suited for college aged through middle aged women, of all backgrounds struggling with various life changed and barriers. Ideally my goal is to assist in leading clients through depression, grief, anxiety, and many other emotional disruptions.
My communication style
I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side with individuals to overcome trauma and various barriers. My communication style is calm, welcoming, and can be adaptable based on clients needs.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because I believe that every individual deserves to experience healing, wholeness, and true freedom from strongholds and barriers. I believe that therapy is a powerful tool that can assist to equip and empower you throughout your life.
My first session with you
In our first session you can expect us to spend our time getting to know each other and identify areas that have lead you to seek counseling at this time. The first session allows us build an initial connect, explore goodness of fit, and identify which direction to go. There will also be time to answer any lingering question and discuss next steps.
