Hi there, I'm Laura!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, significant life stress, relationship issues, work/life balance, and self-care.

My approach

My approach is client-centered, as I believe that you are the expert in your own life! I utilize mindfulness and CBT throughout the therapeutic process.

My focus

I typically work with clients ages 18-40 who are looking for support with anxiety, depression, relationship/life changes, managing stress, or LGBTQIA+ issues.

My communication style

My communication style offers a direct, and compassionate communication with clients.

My goals for you

I prefer to set goals collaboratively with the client and continue to check in on those, session by session.

My first session with you

During our first session, expect to discuss what brings you to counseling, and applicable personal history, and be ready to set some goals and get to work!
