I primarily work with teens and young adults who are having difficulty with anxiety, depression, or life stressors.

These sessions are about the client, and what the client needs. I hope to accomplish setting goals with the client through active listening, and working and professional relationships.

Our first session will be introductory that will include gathering a history and identifying client-focused goals.
