Hi there, I'm Stephanie!

Hi, my name is Stephanie Moore, I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Master in Counseling and Development. I have experience working with children, young adults, and adults. I believe in meeting people where they are.

My approach

I believe in meeting people where they are, and my primary treatment modality is Person-Centered therapy. There are also times I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral therapy modality.

My focus

I have experience working with children, young adults, and adults. I have worked with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, and Schizoaffective Disorder. As well as experience helping others process through their childhood traumas.

I believe in a collaborative approach to helping client's be able to reach their goals.
