Hi, my name is Brenda Rueda. I am an LPC in Texas. My areas of expertise are anxiety, OCD, and depression.
My approach
I use an empathetic approach to help clients navigate and understand their feelings of anxiety and depression. I have been using CBT and DBT to help with these issues, and they have been effective in assisting clients to get their life back from these issues.
My focus
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and stress management in teens, young adults and adults. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, and OCD.
My communication style
I create an empathetic approach to help the client feel comfortable opening up. Therapy can be a little intimidating, and I like to make sure the client has a good experience and feels at ease while discussing very personal issues.
