Hi. Richard Pino here. I'm a board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Texas (#61908). I'm 62 years old and have worked exclusively with men to over 20 years.
My approach
In my practice, I use a unique and effective technique called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental health. ART is a powerful approach that combines elements from various therapeutic modalities, including eye movements, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

My journey to mental healthcare
In college, I was inspired by my college counselor when he helped me approach my problems in a way that helped me feel heard, safe. I actually got results.

When setting goals, I focus on the internal conflict you're experiencing and how you want to feel better.
My first session with you
Our first session is a get-to-know experience. You'll get a feel for who I am and I'll review your intake questionnaire to get to know you also. You'll also get some homework to do a quick-start on your progress.
