Hi there, I'm April!

Do you ever feel like you are not being your best? Do you want more out of life or for yourself? Have you experienced feeling held back in life and neglected your dreams and desires while investing in others? Would you like to work with someone who thinks outside the box of conventional methods to help you find what works best for you? Someone who will teach you how to put yourself first, improve your mood, and go beyond therapy to help you be your best you? My goal is to partner with you to guide you on a path where you can become the best you, and then I'll push you a little more. I will assist you by listening to your concerns and offer creative interventions to guide you on your path to wellness. Hold on tight as we think outside the box to tailor what works for you. I'm currently accepting new patients, eager to work with you, to patiently guide and assist as we work through life's challenges, setbacks, traumas, and difficult circumstances.
